Baby's All Right · Baby's All Right

Another beautiful week of summer. The boat show was another memorable moment on the high seas. Yesterday Jon Stewart’s band played at baby. There’s a solar eclipse on Wednesday. Send me some music to listen to. Love you - Caroline

MONDAY:

EARLY: SPIKE EINBINDER - MY ANGEL (7:00PM) <21+>

Comedian Spike Einbinder tests out his new hour, No Angel, at Baby’s tonight with an opening set from the singular Sarah Squirm. Experimental comedy at its finest, for fans of Julio Torres, Honey Pluton and Hannah Einbinder - Eli

Spike debuts their new comedy hour, about “falling to earth, love, loss, bleeding, transsexuality, and all the other 13 deadly sins (they updated it, you'll learn at the show) featuring sets from Sarah Sherman and Brittany Carney!” Compelling enough for me. Comedy mondays slowly becoming a thing at Baby, the Eli Anaya effect - Caroline

TUESDAY:

EARLY: MILLKZY (7:00PM) <18+

St. Louis born, Dallas-based up and comer Millkzy makes his headline debut in NYC. Thoughtful, pensive hip-hop, Floetry the 2026 extended re-release of his 2023 record is dense and exploratory. Nice with the pen! One for fans of early Chance, Saba, that ilk. - Oscar

WEDNESDAY:

EARLY: COVEY (6:30PM) <AA>

Folksome happy/sad songs from British fella Covey. He headlined baby’s around 2 years ago and it was a sweet sweet show. Big numbers on this track, definitive 2010s indie lo-pop thing, feel like I remember it from 8tracks or maybe that’s a false mem. Doesn’t really matter, it’s got that feeling - Caroline

LATE: ISTA (9:30PM) <21+>

Seven piece psych-punk band ISTA headlining the baby. Had them over at 101 earlier this year and it was a smash, please enjoy this adorable promo video they made - Caroline

THURSDAY:

EARLY: SIZZY ROCKET (6:30PM) <AA>

Las Vegas pop girlie Sizzy Rocket takes a break from her dates with Kesha and Chromeo for a pit stop at le Baby. Thorbin’ - Eli

Sizzy is making a stop over at Baby while opening for Ke$ha on tour. This is also my birthday life is beautiful thank you for being my friend if you are - Caroline

Sizzy Rocket is all about tackling big emotions with an even bigger attitude. Her music is confrontational, glittery and totally unapologetic, so get ready for a night of drama, beautiful vocals, and danceable beats. - Baby Intern Ava

LATE: ABOUT MY FRIEND (9:30PM) <21+>

Little Negative brings back their tried and true speed dating/power point/performance piece/new format/social experiment? Indescribable to say the least and sold out as can be. This started in LA, has sold out every iteration we’ve hosted at Night Club 101, and is sure to pair off a fair few on Thursday. - Caroline

You got a single friend you want to scream from the mountain tops about? Are you single and you have a friend you trust to do this for you? About My Friend arrives just in time. Who wants to pitch me? - Eli

FRIDAY:

EARLY: DIRTY BLOND (6:30PM) <21+>

Earnest pop-rock tunes from Dirty Blond, with support from Silvie + Belle Shea. Like the sound of this one. It’s summer music for certain - Caroline
