TUESDAY:

EARLY: GARBAGE DAY (7:00PM) <21+>

The second installment of live podcast/discussion/comedy/slideshow nite with Garbage Day. Hosted by Ryan Broderick, who’s at the helm of the award-winning Garbage Day newsletter and podcast Panic World. Expect intellectual humor and cultural commentary, especially on the landscape of modern media. The work of Marshall McLuhan is probably a prerequisite on this. - Caroline

WEDNESDAY:

EARLY: GEORGIA PARKER (6:30PM) <18+>

Swinging in from Kent with chamber-pop inspired indie-folk music, thank god. Mori supporting here, just a lovely little Wednesday evening. - Caroline

LATE: STUCK (9:30PM) <21+>

New record out on EIS is sludgey and studded with snarling basslines and just good clean fun. Editrix and Open Head rounding this one out, big fan of the Big E. - Caroline

Chicago post-punk sickos whose new album Optimizer absolutely rips. Add mathy trio Editrix and experimental quartet Open Head to the mix and baby you got a stew going! - Eli

THURSDAY:

EARLY: PS GONER (homeshake) (6:30PM) <18+>

New project from Peter fka Homeshake. The newer stuff is less college bedroom synthpop and more 90’s slowcore atmospheric heartbreak. Looking fwd to hearing this one. - Caroline

Peter Sagar (lo-fi king of Homeshake fame) has a new project in ps goner. New album is Mazzy Star-coded slowcore beauty. Excited to hear the record live after incessantly bumping it all weekend - Eli

LATE: RONOBIR (9:30PM) <21+>

Fun one from our friends over at Furtado Global. Legendary fella, he plays the sitar. - Caroline

FRIDAY:

EARLY: THE BELAIR LIP BOMBS x DUST (7:00PM) <18+>

Sold out since the dawn of time following Thursday night across the bridge at Night Club 101. These Australians are really good at indie rock music, as proven here and here and here. BLB’s music is sticky as anything, excited to heart it bright and hsiny in the flesh. dust are just as aussie and just as fiery, driven more by trudging slowcore and jagged post-punk persuasion. Beautiful bill. - Caroline

more goats in the building. “Again” is a wonderful record and I’m excited to have them back after their support tour for Spacey Jane last year. Baby’s and 101, this time dust on support (here’s a remix I love). it’s an Australian cabal. - Oscar

LATE: NANOOS and SONIA SOLL (11:00PM) <21+>

Another Furtado hitter, Arab DJ Nanoos coming in from Chicago along with UK singer Sonia Soll, expect house/disco/funk/soul. - Caroline

SATURDAY:

EARLY: MAYA HAWKE (7:00PM) <AA>

yes that’s the Maya Hawke in the Djo / Finn Wolfhard school of gen Z actors in music careers. and she’s actually quite good (new album May 1st come hear it early👂 - Oscar

LATE: BABY DANCE (10:00PM) <21+>

Have we ever led you astray on a Saturday night, baby? Come relish in the deligh that in Ken Park, dream and fuzzy shoegaze from Liam, and delicate detas from Wulfer + Isaac Stalling (lovely little tune). DJ sets from @kevingassa (all vinyl baby) and Adam from Triathalon aka @promise__ring. This one’s hosted by Jess Howard, our very own Baby Intern Ava (who hosted a Ken Park basement show, you had to be there) and Alex Arthur + her mom, who might try and feed you a Jean’s chocolate chip cookie. - Caroline

SUNDAY:

EARLY: MAGNOLIA & JOHNSON ELECTRIC CO. (6:30PM) <21+>

This is all the former members of Magnolia Electric Co, save Jason Molina, paying tribute to the late and truly, truly great musician he was. This is very simply put one of the most special albums ever made. Familiar, warm songs. - Caroline
