Q1 Ends Tomorrow. One Honest Question.

Dear Loved One,

Three months ago, you made a declaration.

You had a number in your head, a project you were finally going to finish, a version of yourself you were going to become in 2026.

Today is March 30th. Q1 ends tomorrow.

How close are you?

Most people avoid the end-of-quarter mirror because what it shows can be uncomfortable. And the discomfort is rarely about the work itself, it’s about what the gap between intention and reality seems to say about you. That feeling is why most people never do the audit.

But the gap is not a verdict. It’s data.

Proverbs 14:8 says, “The wisdom of the prudent is to understand their way...”

That word “understand” is active. It requires looking.

This week, before Q2 begins, do the actual audit. Not the version you’ll present to your manager or your investor. The real one.

To answer "How close are you?", look at three things:

• What moved and what actually drove that progress?

• What stalled and was it circumstances, or was it avoidance dressed up as busyness?

• What has not been touched at all and is it still worth starting, or does it need to be released?

You don’t need a new 90-day plan yet. You need 20 minutes of fair witness to yourself.

The answers are not there to condemn you. They’re there to recalibrate you. Q2 is a clean page, but only if you’re honest about how Q1 ended.
