Currently having a discussion with a company’s doctors and medical insurance people about my cholesterol levels.

They want me on statins as it’s “too high” even though:

  1. I had a blood test by my GP 3 weeks ago and it was at 230 mg/dL

  2. The healthiest range for cholesterol from research done over at least 15 years is about 200 - 250 mg/dL

  3. They won’t tell me so far what the reading they recorded a few days ago during their medical was.

  4. They claim statins are “safe” with no real side-effects.

I’ve said “no thanks I’m fine” and sent them links to studies and research (some of which are below) that support the above but they are not interested.

They literally cannot even contemplate that they may have to investigate their standards and that they may possibly be wrong.

I even sent them this which is easy to understand:

Read these 2 links below (which I also gave them) then ask yourself "why should I take statins? Why do they want my cholesterol so low my risk of illness and death are increased dramatically?".

https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC6367420/pdf/41598_2018_Article_38461.pdf

The easy to understand graphs are on page 5, vertical axis are hazard risks - i.e. risk of dying and the horizontal axis are total cholesterol level

I have also told them to read these books and we’ll have a discussion:

  1. Dr Malcolm Kendrick:

    1. Doctoring Data - very good breakdown of the actual results of studies done to justify “low cholesterol” and their flaws and mistakes.

      1. He has also with the aid of a data analyst calculated using the data in the one study Governments and the pharmaceutical company used to justify the use of statins how much longer a person will live taking statins against not taking statins and it is not as long people are led to believe. If you want to know how long without reading the analysis ask me and I’ll tell you.

    2. The Great Cholesterol Con

    3. The Clot Thickens

  2. Dr Zoë Harcombe:

    1. The Obesity Epidemic

  3. Dr Duane Graveline

    1. The Statin Damage Crisis

No reply from them as yet.

My opinion on the medical industry?

They want you sick all the time but alive along time on an expensive drug for your whole life.

Curing you is not an option.

They want you on as many drugs as they can.

Quality of life is not considered.

And they certainly do not like being challenged.

How the hell did it end up like this?

I know, I know Rockerfeller started it all when he bought out the American Medical Association a long time ago but for the majority of people just to blindly accept what they are told so easily and have such cognitive dissonance between the drugs they are on, the side-effects they are having and the money made keeping them on the drugs is beyond me.

  1. So you don’t have to ask me about the life prolonging effects of statins here are the numbers - the person on statins long-term will live about 3 months longer.

  2. Someone else worked out that the increase in lifespan over 5 years of taking statins is about 4-5 days.

  3. These numbers do not take into account the side-effects and other medical problems they generate and that you may feel really, really bad for much of your life.
