Thank you so much for being here and for helping support the work we do through Authortunities. Your support has helped this little newsletter grow into something much bigger than I originally imagined, and this month I want to give you an early look at where we’re going next.

Over the last few years, Authortunities has grown from a Substack into an entire creative ecosystem. We now have the Authortunities NeighborHub community, Authortunities Press, Space & Time magazine, workshops, coaching, events, publishing opportunities, and soon the Authortunities Almanac planner.

That growth has been wonderful, but it has also created a problem: our community is scattered across too many places.

I’ve realized that Substack works beautifully as the place where we can share essays, ideas, encouragement, and the stories that help us Recognize the patterns shaping our creative lives. But the deeper work really belongs inside our community. This is where we where we Reimagine, Build, and support each other as we Become who we imagine ourselves to be.

So over the coming months, I’ll be transitioning the paid-member experience into the Authortunities NeighborHub on Mighty Networks.

This means the paid NeighborHub will increasingly become the place for our working sessions, coaching, accountability, templates, tools, planner activities, deeper discussions, and practical implementation.

Most importantly: if you are already supporting Authortunities here through a paid Substack subscription, I am not going to ask you to pay for the same membership twice.

You helped us build this.

When the new structure is ready, current paid Substack members will receive instructions for accessing the paid Authortunities community as part of this transition. There is nothing you need to do yet, and I’ll make sure the process is clear before anything changes.

For now, just stay tuned.

My goal is not to take anything away from Supporting Members. Quite the opposite. I want your membership to give you more opportunity to participate, build, learn, and connect, instead of simply receiving additional posts.
