We run from our shadows.
But they always find us.
We build our homes on sand.
And they fall.
Then you notice —
something older than the lesson:
The hermit crab.
The snail.
Even the sea itself.
They don’t build a place to return to.
They carry it.
Home is not where they arrive.
It is what they are.
So it does not collapse.
It doesn’t betray them.
It doesn’t wait to be lost.
It moves.
And maybe that’s the answer
to the walls we keep trying to finish—
They were never broken.
They were never meant to stand.
All was meant to dissolve
the moment you realized:
You are the structure.
