This is an album recorded mainly live-off-the-floor with very little overdubbing. Ground Zero is a group of four members who were multi-instrumentalist and wrote a small collection of original songs with varying influences. They invited an engineer to record their catalogue in their practice space. On this album are the takes considered best.
