In what cynics call Harry’s ‘Moan-oir,’ “Spare,” where the former frontline Royal airs his grievances with his lot in life, (born the second son of the late Princess Diana and reigning King Charles III), William’s claiming of the big piece of chicken during dinner and sleeping in a slightly larger room as the heir to the throne, you can see why Harry is so spiteful.
Yet, the future King William remains dedicated to protecting and caring for his family, especially future Queen Catherine, whose battle with cancer was made public due to pressure from Harry and Meghan’s supporters, who spread misinformation and wild conspiracies about her whereabouts. The biography offers more than just the current sibling-inflicted drama; it provides a well-rounded account of Catherine and the Middleton family, highlighting the pivotal roles they have played in her upbringing and continue to serve as a source of strength.
A key point for me was the reference to how Catherine and the Middleton family are portrayed in Netflix’s “The Crown.” In the series, Mrs. Middleton is shown as orchestrating her daughter’s education to align with Prince William’s college schedule. This is completely false and disrespectful to their love story.
Overall, the joint biography is an engaging, informative, and heartfelt tribute to the couple’s resilience and the reassurance that a reign under King William will be worth the wait.
