Before we dig into the good news I have got to share these crazy photos of the red sun that rose over my section of upstate NY this week. Between the heat dome and the Canadian wildfires it was a bizarre combination of atmospheric sorcery which frankly, I hope never to see again. Completely unfiltered shots from my backyard.
Okay, enough about the weather. On to the good stuff!
First off, I’m thrilled to announce that Scrubbed Right Out, The Misadventures of the Laundry Hag book 6 is locked and loaded. I had so much fun revisiting these characters who are a little older, a little wiser, and as always so much fun. There was one moment that had me laughing so I doubled over.
I’m hoping against hope that the paperback copies of Scrubbed Right Out will arrive in time to travel with me to RomantiConn for the signing on Saturday July 25. We shall see if the shipping gods cooperate.

Since it’s been, OMG, 12 years since I went to a big reader event I have hit maximum author overdrive. I feel woefully unprepared for this event. My hyper Virgo self combats this feeling with chronic overpacking. Besides the latest shipment of books I am waiting on, I seem to have bought, well, one of everything.
