This is a short post on the lines of screening community members, which I talked about more extensively here:
I have been finding that the screening process is much eased by having a pitch deck. I’m going to share ours here as inspiration for others. And as a ping to contact me if you’re interested in the project ;)
I haven’t seen many communities put one of these together, and it’s a great tool. It lets potential members screen themselves against the vision and the logistics. And, it allows me to do a little pre-assessment for who is serious before I set up a call. I can say “Read this first!” and then only engage with the people who respond.
