I’m juggling three writing projects at the moment with the next installment of my military sci-fi Planet Tamers series being the next novel to be published. For those eagerly waiting, the third novel will not arrive alone. A boxset and prequel will also be coming!
However, right after will be the next two Liquid Cool novels. Book 12 will round out a decade of Cruz and company in the ever-rainy city of Metropolis. But then comes Book 13…
The subtitle of the series has always been “The Cyberpunk Detective Series.” In terms of discoverability on Amazon and other online book distributors, the word “cyberpunk” pulls up a much different group of books now than it did back then. At the time of Liquid Cool’s debut novel, cyberpunk was all about Blade Runner, Philip K. Dick’s sci-fi novels, and William Gibson. Now the category is awash with LitRPG novels. None of which is bad but simply prompts me to take another look at the original subtitle.
Liquid Cool Book 12, Future Noir Reloaded, will keep the same subtitle as the main series. You can subscribe to my Substack or join my VIP Readers Club HERE to be notified when it releases.
