I’m searching for the world's greatest collectibles, and exploring the journey of history's greatest creators.
Here’s a few things I’ve learned over the last few days -
#1 - Babe Ruth the Legend
Think about this - in 1920, when Babe Ruth crushed his own record from the year before, with 54 home runs in a single season, the next closest player was George Sisler, who hit 19 homers…
The Babe had almost triple as many home runs as the second highest total!
Then, in 1921, the very next year, The Babe hit more than double as many home runs as the second highest… breaking his own record for the third year in a row, completely shocked baseball fans, and changed the game forever.
#2 - Carl Benz, the Automotive Creator
Carl Benz was not only my favorite inventors and creators I've read about so far, but he was also a true inspiration. An absolute legend.
He spent his entire life first developing and perfecting an engine, then attached it to a horseless carriage. Creating one of the very first automobiles, and helping to develop the automotive industry as we know it today.
#3 - The Saint Gaudens Double Eagle Story
Creating the Saint-Gaudens Double Eagle gold coin was driven by the formidable partnership of two American titans: sculptor Augustus Saint-Gaudens and President Theodore Roosevelt.
The true "force of nature" was Roosevelt himself, who, passionately believing American coinage should be a beautiful work of art, personally spearheaded the effort to redesign it to rival the masterpieces of ancient Greece.

My search for the full story leads me to the oldest, most obscure sources… rare books, forgotten interviews, and even hand-written letters.
And that’s where it really starts to get fun… The amazing people who were driven to create. Against all the odds - to leave their mark.
My goal is to keep the creators story alive, share the most important concepts and lessons, and inspire the next generation of great creators…
