Eat: Esmée, Copenhagen. ShopMy just hosted a dinner there with Josephine Aarkrogh and it looked divine. My girlfriends and I want to plan a trip next summer and stop in Copenhagen and this is on my list.
Sip: Bar Heather, Byron Bay. Natural Wine, live jazz, and a cool coastal town.
