Sometimes, finding your next outfit is as simple as opening up Pinterest and recreating the first great one you see. Now I’m not saying you should copy someone else’s outfit to a T: the goal is to always keep your own style intact while borrowing a little inspiration. But if you’re stuck in a rut, there’s no shame in looking for ideas outside of your own closet. Here are 6 spring outfits you can recreate with pieces you probably already own (3 for her, 3 for him).

An oversized blazer and sequin skirt combo is one of those pairings that sounds like it wouldn’t work but absolutely does. Even if you don’t have a skirt that looks exactly like this one, you can still capture the vibe with something similar (even a black mini skirt will work!). And if you’re not a fan of the blazer look, you can opt for a leather jacket instead. It’s all about the accessories here: so add your favorite bag, sunglasses, and jewelry.
This is a perfect spring uniform: the kind of outfit you throw on when you want to look put-together without trying so hard. A cropped cardigan or a knit sweater, a white tee, relaxed jeans, and a leather handbag are all items I can pretty much guarantee you already have. This look is all about chic simplicity. Ballet flats, a nice watch, and sunglasses tie it together. If you don’t have ballet flats, you could opt for loafers, narrow white sneakers, flip flops, or a heeled boot.
Have we mentioned that capris are in for spring? Maybe one too many times, but don’t worry if you don’t have them – this outfit can definitely be recreated with a different bottom. Start with a white tee and a leather jacket, and then add anything patterned on the bottom for a playful twist. Maybe a polka dot skirt, gingham shorts, striped pants, or if you want to keep it simple: a pair of jeans.

A striped tee and baggy off-white jeans gives you that easy coastal vibe, and the baseball cap adds a little personality. Again, you don’t need these exact pieces; you can get the same vibe with a striped tee and regular jeans. The boat shoes add a preppy element, but if that’s not your thing, wear some simple sneakers instead.
The worn-in chore jacket layered over a white tee gives this a vintage workwear feel. The baggy jeans keep it relaxed, while the loafers dress it up just enough. Simple, but feels effortlessly cool. Also, you can definitely switch out the jacket for something different: maybe a flannel, a regular denim jacket, or a leather jacket.
Head-to-toe cream can sometimes feel like too much, but a subtly striped button down shirt breaks up the monochrome just enough. Add loafers and the outfit will be appropriate and refined for a dinner out, drinks, or a work event. If you’re going for something more casual, switch them out for sneakers or a Boston clog.
