Happy July! I hope you can enjoy warm weather, time spent outside, and the joyful energy of summer. And for my readers in the southern hemisphere, may you be enriched by the deep mysteries and slower pace of your winter season.
This month will be full of impactful astrological events, including the continuation of a Mercury retrograde cycle that began on June 29. When Mercury is retrograde in Cancer (as it is now and will be during the first week of July), there may be heavy rains and floods in some locations. Once Mercury moves back into Gemini (after the first week of July), the weather may become quite unpredictable, with potential for big wind and thunderstorms. Keep this in mind and please be cautious when you plan events or spend time out in nature.
In addition, there will be a never-before-seen planetary alignment later in July—a highly creative and constructive astrological configuration known as a Cosmic Cradle (or Barbault Basket), which may herald the birth of something unusual, innovative, and grand in scale.
