This is the Substack and podcast for my book, As Lovers Do: Sexual and Romantic Parnership as a Path of Transformation, along with some notes and journals about how I apply these practices to my own, sometimes turbulent marriage.

In addition, I have put here a few full-length chapters and podcasts from my memoir, Broke, Single, Crazy & Old. The memoir tells the story of how I came across the teachings of the Lafayette Morehouse, which irrevocably changed my life about 20 years ago.
