Anxiety in children doesn’t always look like fear or worry.

Anxiety in children doesn’t always look like fear or worry. Sometimes it looks like anger, tummy aches, clinginess, meltdowns, avoiding things, trouble sleeping, or behaviour that seems to come out of nowhere.

In this video, I explain what anxiety actually is, why it happens, and some of the different ways it can show up in children — so you can begin to recognise what might be happening underneath the behaviour.
