What is a “Write Together?”

It’s an informal gathering for an hour of creativity. I’ll give a prompt and some inspiration and we’ll go quiet and write for 45 minutes. Then we’ll unmute ourselves for the last 15 minutes to chat and / or share what we’ve written! Past sessions have been very fruitful! This is a paid subscriber perk and I will be offering them throughout the year. Hope you can join us!

I love this quote, especially coming from a painter. It’s a good one for writers to ponder as well. Think about what we include and leave out of a piece of writing. Think of the tension involved in playing with the unseen or undiscovered. In the images above, we do not see the faces of the subjects. These images create a sense of mystery and intrigue. Thematically, the hidden or unseen is rich territory to explore. So! Here is this week’s prompt:
