I have done these write-ups for different discords and forums over the past year and will transition to this substack. My goals and plan are as follows:
I will provide information on investments I add (or currently have) in my long term portfolio. The goal of these investments is to generate income, grow long term and reduce risk.
Interact and ask questions with readers both here and on twitter (@ArlesGreyDog).
Help the readers understand some of the things that I think are important when building a portfolio.
My end goal is to help create a positive community to help get more people into investing and learn safe (yet lucrative) processes they can use moving forward.
I appreciate each of you taking the time to read this and look forward to interacting with each of you over time.
One final note - I am not a CFP or money manager, so understand that these are not official investment recommendations. Do not blindly use any of the information on my site without doing your own DD. By providing the data I use and my methodology, the hope is we can all learn together!
