From June to August 2026 we are offering a 10 week Summer School alongside our Career Archetypes Course, a course & community we have developed to help people take the first step towards finding their calling.

A career archetype is a unique pattern of expression that acts as a guiding force in one’s vocation, calling and career. It helps you understand what work you were born to do, at a core level.
Other archetype systems are generally offered into a selection of 10-15 options in which people can self-sort via a quiz. The Career Archetypes does not operate this way. There are 100’s of Career Archetypes. Maybe thousands (they’re still being mapped). Due to the personal and sacred nature of Career Archetypes it takes deep, internal self-work to unearth one.

Our Career Archetypes Course leads students through an intensive process that teaches them how to discover their unique strengths, talents, passions, dreams, interests and ultimately, their unique archetypal work expression (the Career Archetype).
Calling’s are deeply linked to having a true understanding of oneself, and our course gives people a step-by-step process to do this. We provide a framework for our students to excavate themselves historically, psychologically, spiritually, and creatively, all with the purpose of finding their life’s work.
We use a variety of modalities to do this. Some modalities include: Psychology, Philosophy, Astrological work, Action Therapy, Visualisation, Personality Testing, Ritual work, Writing and more

Our summer school is based around The Career Archetypes Course. During summer we host an 10 week program in which students are able to join and move through the curriculum together as a group.
It is an extremely popular time to join, and in the past we have had hundreds of students join us for summer school.
📖 The Career Archetypes Course: Our signature 8 week course where Joel Uili teaches you how to find your career archetype, blend your multiple interests into a focused path + more. You’ll also get access to our growing list of 450+ archetypes. Minimum time commitment per week is 3-4 hours. (We have an additional two weeks in summer school to account for enrolment and orientation.)
🪽 The Community: An open, safe and supportive community of vocation seekers. Joel is highly active in our community, and he answers questions and comments regularly.
📕 8 Summer School Lectures: These pre-recorded lectures by Joel Uili are intended to stand alongside the course and deepen the educational experience. Lectures range from 1-2 hours in length. These will only be offered during the duration of the summer school.
✍🏼 Student Study Sessions: Each week we will schedule silent, body-doubling sessions on Zoom to help you focus and stay accountable. Bring your tea, your course materials, and join other students in dedicated study. These sessions are students only. Students will be able to speak to other through chat if they wish. We will have different times for different time zones.
☕️ Opening and closing call on Zoom: We will be holding an opening call during orientation week on Zoom, this is a great chance to ask Joel any questions and meet some other students. The second call we will be holding will happen at the end of the 10 weeks, to celebrate!
🎉 Early access to ‘Vocation 101’, our newest course!! Vocation 101 is a step-by-step course to help people pursue their vocation full time. It has proven extremely fruitful for our Career Archetype Course alumni, aiding them in making their calling a reality financially and practically. All students will have the opportunity to sign up post Summer School. Public access is not yet available.

Each week students will receive a Summer School Lecture alongside their course materials
Each week students will be able to study alongside other students in our silent, body doubling calls
We’ll finish on August 10th and hold our second live call, which is a closing and celebratory call on Zoom
Afterwards, students can stay around for more support, cancel their subscription or join our new Vocation 101 Course

The Career Archetypes Summer School has been created for us to move through the coursework together. We have listed important dates and suggestions for enrolment based on preferences,
1. ENROLMENT WEEK STARTS: May 26th
We open our doors for enrolment early for students who prefer to get a head start, or would like more time to get to know the environment and course before an influx of students. Enrol here if you like a head start and to feel extra prepared.
2. ORIENTATION WEEK STARTS: June 3rd
Enrolling during this week will give you access to our welcome orientation call with Joel Uili, and gives you time to familiarise yourself with the space and course materials before the official start date the following week. 3. FIRST WEEK OF COURSE BEGINS: 10th June
