The Arbitrum Research & Development Committee (ARDC) has raised concerns about Synapse’s use of ARB incentives from STIP Round 2. After receiving 2M ARB, 750K ARB was transferred to three wallets, which still hold the ARB and have delegated it to a Synapse co-founder. These actions may violate STIP rules requiring unused ARB to be returned to the DAO and prohibiting its use in governance. An explanation from Synapse is requested.

Over 50 new individuals interested in contributing to ArbitrumDAO have attended the welcome calls in the first weeks of the onboarding group’s execution. In the coming weeks, they will receive participation instructions tailored to their profiles and skills.
If you’re interested in participating, the meetings occur every Monday at 1 pm UTC and Thursday at 11 pm UTC.

This proposal outlines the creation of a “Multi-sig Support Service” (MSS) to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance transparency.

This proposal aims to establish the Security Services Subsidy Fund (SSSF) Sub-committee, requesting 60,000 ARB to fund its members over one cohort spanning 8 weeks.

This proposal aims to set up a high-impact marketing initiative to amplify upcoming incentive programs, seeking 238,500 ARB to fund various short-term marketing effort
The Snapshot vote for this proposal will be announced on May 17, 2024, and the campaign will launch in mid-June 2024.

GovHack at ETH CC (Brussels) (Tally)
The proposal aims to solidify Arbitrum’s presence at a key Ethereum event, enhancing community ties and attracting global talent. The strategic importance of ETH CC makes this an essential opportunity for demonstrating Arbitrum’s leadership in the Ethereum ecosystem.
Seeking $309k from the Arbitrum DAO to create an immersive three-day event prior to the conference, focusing on fostering community engagement and showcasing Arbitrum’s capabilities in decentralized governance.
Ask: $309k ARB.
Deadline to vote Saturday, May 18, 2024.Grant Request - Curve Finance (Tally)
This proposal seeks support for a standalone grant application by LlamaRisk to boost the growth of Curve Finance on Arbitrum.
It is not part of LTIPP but follows a similar model and timeline. If approved, it can be monitored under LTIPP.
Michael Egorov will match the grant with 237,500 ARB from his personal holdings.
Ask: $237.5 ARB.
