I just took a survey for Tumblr and I love some of the ideas they have but, I am also desperately hoping they don't try to divide people by some that have access to features and others that don't. I really don't think the socioeconomic status of various people on the site should prevent them from using the full feature set available. I'm all for paying for ad free, I fucking hate ads with a passion. I love Tumblr and want to support them though so, I'll continue paying for ad free. Don't go giving me all these bonus features and not give them to other people just because I have a job that makes me enough money I can blow on something as simple as not seeing ads though. Some of the features would benefit everyone. Similarly, don't take away features from people and give them only to those that pay! I think Tumblr is doing a decent job of being transparent with us and, I hope they stay that way. frankly i think the world cld stand to be more separated by those who can afford and those who can't. no money? eat shit!
