Entering My Twitch Era

Last week, I had the absolute pleasure of building a Font Awesome Edition Mode Sonnet live on Twitch. Scratching off yet another item from my list for the year!

The keyboard itself had been sitting in a closet for the better part of a year since the Web Awesome Kickstarter, waiting for me to finally decide that my setup was “good enough” to stream 😅

The full build, for the keeb-curious:

• Font Awesome Edition Mode Sonnet
• PE & plate foam
• SwagKeys Knight V3 stabilizers (lubed with Krytox & dialectric grease)
• HMX Cloud switches (50g version)
• DSS Font Awesome keycaps

I’ve also been streaming new Playdate games every Friday as Season 2 releases, and it’s been a hoot. But I also plan to keep the keyboard stream train rolling throughout the year as time and hobby budget allows.*
