✨ How do we move AI from hype to habit? From pilots to productivity? Last week, I attended a powerful evening hosted by Connected Women in AI in collaboration with Netcompany—with four very real takes on anchoring AI in organizations. 💡 Here are a few of the insights that stuck with me: 🧠 It is about people & culture, not just tech Karina Tewes from Atea Danmark shared how they went from underutilized licenses to 2,700+ engaged users. - Weekly role based training - Clear policies, guidelines and monthly feedback loops - Employee-driven networks—not just an IT project 📈 Focus on value generation, not just adoption Kasper Tjørntved Davidsen from Danske Bank made it clear: “Launch ≠ success. Measurable value is the goal.” - Anchoring efforts into one focused push is key - Change Management = Multiplier that turns a launch into lasting impact. - You don’t need GenAI Veterans - everyone can contribute! Over a million hours are saved yearly through GenAI, but only with the understanding that this is about people, governance and culture and anchoring success in measurable value and adoption. 💍 Pandora’s Olivia is not just an HR bot—it’s impact at scale Maria van der Noordaa gave an example of how AI frees up store managers to focus on customers and team development. It’s not about “AI for AI’s sake”—it's about designing for real people in real workflows. - Leadership commitment is key - Test-learn-repeat loop before scaling - AI must be integrated into the company roadmap, not a solo act 🛠 At Netcompany AI is integral Felicia Angelina walked us through their journey from internal tools to the Easley AI platform. Their internal AI assistants support more than 8000+ employees daily across all business areas. - Internal knowledge sharing and ambassador networks - Data-driven tracking and embedded learning loops how AI is being used - AI competencies built into role descriptions and performance evaluation — 🧩 For me, one of the key reflections is this: AI adoption isn’t a tech problem—it’s an organizational muscle. The question now isn’t whether to use AI, but how to embed it with intent, purpose, and measurable value. Thank you to the hosts and all the speakers for the inspiration—and for being transparent about what works (and what doesn’t). Let’s keep sharing the playbooks. 🚀 #AIAdoption #ChangeManagement #ConnectedWomenInAI #Leadership #ValueGeneration
