✅Testing status is easier to work with when everyone can see it in the same place. The updated Allure TestOps plugin brings linked tests, latest results, and defect context into Jira Cloud, helping QA, engineering, and delivery teams stay aligned. ❓Need to see testing status without leaving Jira? Good news: we updated the Allure TestOps Jira Cloud plugin. Now Jira issues can show more testing context right where the team already works: linked tests, latest execution results, quick access to TestOps objects, and defect lifecycle sync through webhooks. So when someone opens Jira, they can see not just that work exists, but what is happening with testing around it. Less tab switching. Fewer status mysteries. A calmer Jira day. 🤔 Where should your Allure reports live once a single pipeline run is no longer enough? As teams scale, report history, retention, and access become an important part of the testing workflow. #AllureStorage is being developed to address this need with standalone storage for Allure reports and planned native integration through #Allure3 plugins. Follow Allure Report for updates as the project evolves 🚀

👨💻 Wanted to host your own Allure reports? We’re working on Allure Report Storage: a standalone storage service 📦 for Allure reports, designed for teams that need report history, access and analytics beyond a single pipeline run. Passing history files between pipelines can work, but it often falls short when teams need longer retention, larger reports, and richer analytics. Native integration through hashtag #Allure3 plugins is planned. It’s still work in progress, and we’ll share more as it evolves. 👋 Welcome to the Allure Team, Sandra! Growing our Customer Success function in North America is an important step for us as we continue helping QA and engineering teams get more value from Allure TestOps. You bring the kind of experience that matters most in CS: listening closely, building trust and turning product adoption into long-term partnership. 🚀 We’re very happy to have you on the team. #AllureTestOps #CustomerSuccess #QametaSoftware

📢 I’m proud to share that I am joining Qameta Software as Head of Customer Success, North America! I had been awaiting the right opportunity for me, and this opportunity is the perfect fit. Qameta builds Allure TestOps, a test management platform that helps engineering and QA teams manage testing at scale. The company already has a strong product and customers around the world, and I now get to help build the Customer Success function here in the United States. I’m excited about the opportunity to help U.S. customers get real value from the product while building the kind of partnership that lasts. After 18+ years at the National Student Clearinghouse, this is a really meaningful milestone for me. NSC is where I learned that great Customer Success isn’t just about solving the issue in front of you. It is about listening closely enough to understand what customers actually need, earning trust over time, and making sure they feel confident that someone is truly in their corner. I’m grateful for everything I learned at NSC and for every person who championed me along the way, especially Tracie MacMahon, Robert Haushalter, Nauman J., and Laura Reichenbach, who each shaped how I listen, collaborate, and advocate for customers. I’m grateful for where I’ve landed, ready for what’s ahead, and looking forward to building alongside the Qameta team. If you’ve built Customer Success from the ground up, I’d love to hear what you learned the hard way. 👀
