  Trucking companies pay around $70,000 a year for Boomi, the industry-standard software. Then another $20,000 for modern API connections. Paul spent a decade consulting on transportation management systems, so he knew exactly what that money was buying. He also knew it was too much. He and his two sons built TradeWeave in Bolt. Same functionality, and they sell it to carriers for roughly half what Boomi costs, with the features Paul always wanted. They built their own ticketing system, licensing infrastructure, and deployment tooling in Bolt instead of buying any of it. Eight carriers now run on it. We built a two-sided freelancer marketplace in Bolt.new, then used real PageSpeed feedback (screenshots and all) to fix it: → Dropped accessibility issues straight into the agent as screenshots, hit 100% → Fixed the meta description and robots.txt, SEO climbed to 100 → Ran a generic performance audit prompt for the stuff PageSpeed doesn't catch (bundle size, sequential fetches, unnecessary re-renders) → Generated a design system in Stitch and applied it retroactively across every page → Topped it off with a shader in the hero, because 100% scores can still look boring Perfect scores don't mean you're done optimizing.
