It's great to see more focus on proposed solutions, but as a parent and teacher, I know it’s not just about limiting time—it’s about what the kids are doing online. For younger kids, sure, limits are key. But once they’re older (9+), it’s all about helping them use tech well—teaching them how to be responsible and make smart choices. As much as we’d love for strict rules to solve everything, the reality is, we need to be involved as parents, set good examples, and stay up-to-date ourselves. Schools should be teaching media literacy, and honestly, we as parents need to learn right along with our kids!
