Drunken noodles with tofu - by far the best thing I've eaten in Vegas, and probably the best noodle dish I've ever had as well. Every restaurant at the Wynn/Encore has a separate vegan menu, which makes staying here extra extra awesome.

Their sushi's really good too (better than SushiSamba at The Palazzo), also recommend the dessert 👍🏻

Just booked my next USA roadtrip for October (going to Vegas, Palm Springs, Hawaii & San Diego) so this is verrrry exciting! I'd seen that Wynn had a separate vegan menu- EXCITING!
