Mikaela Lindfors M.Sc

As a Project Manager & UX Designer, I work at the crossroads of planning, design, and development. My role is to ensure that projects stay on track and that the end result is both functional and user-friendly.

With a background in UX design and front-end development, I'm comfortable moving between big-picture thinking and hands-on detail work — and I also contribute to development when needed. Clear communication, a user-centered mindset, and technical understanding help me connect the dots between teams, keeping both the process and the product aligned.

Senior fullstack developer

Santeri Hurnanen B.Sc

I taught myself to code, which is how I landed my first tech job, taking care of website and systems support at an animal rights nonprofit. I've also studied computer science, electronics, and electrical engineering at university.

With eight years of experience under my belt, I mainly focus on Drupal but have a strong understanding of multiple programming languages. Architectural expertise is definitely one of my strengths: I design and implement large-scale projects and work on a wide range of projects, from websites to fundraising systems and complex integrations.

I love using my tech skills to make a positive impact. Coding might not be the most visible form of activism, but, for example, maintaining systems like donation software is essential for the success of NGOs.

Colleagues are the best part of Fame. I also enjoy the variety: working with nonprofits as well as consulting on challenging software projects.
