What's the Story?
In yet another battle with rival Dr. Eggman, Sonic (voiced by Deven Mack) accidentally shatters the paradox prism. This event transports Sonic to another world/dimension where everything is different -- Sonic and his best bud Tails aren't even friends, and everyone acts like a robot. In this dark world, called New Yoke City, it's not Eggman who's the villain, but the Chaos Council, who are even more of a threat. Sonic tries his best to figure out how he fits in, and how to get back to his friends in Green Hills.
Is It Any Good?
Our review:
Fans of the perky blue critter will be thrilled that this series offers an abundance of Sonic's frenzied energy. For those new to the franchise, Sonic Prime might be a lot. The jumps between worlds can be a little confusing, but Sonic's unwavering commitment to his friends anchors the show and sends a solid message to kid viewers.
