    One thing I find interesting about this is that I, not a massive monarchist, don't think the Monarchy has done much to earn the downgrade. Noncegate for sure. But that's worked its way through. Elizabeth II did good. Charles is good. Will is good. Will's kids good. All goodish?

    My third fact finding mission to the Greater South East of England outside of London of the last six weeks is over. Or at least, I'd like it to be over. But all the trains to Leeds are cancelled. And even the National Rail website is broken. So maybe I just live here now.

    In 1999 Scotland achieved devolution. Since then its economy (GVA/capita) has massively outperformed undevolved Britain and its similar regions of Britain. It is obvious to ask whether devolution might have caused this overperformance, and if so, what specific policies.

    It's a good website. FSD approvals in Europe. Not sure when Belgium got there, but this means Brussels Eurocrats can use self driving on a Tesla.
