    Lots of brands are in the market for an MMM right now. But when I talk to many that already have an MMM, the majority are not happy with theirs. What do we think is happening? We're seeing that in our recent industry survey of DTC / e-comm leaders too (see image).

    , just had a friend have their house appraised in prep to sell. Home was appraised for LESS than what they have a mortgage for. Housing prices don't always go up! Thought you'd get a kick out of that
