Do I really need this if nothing has happened yet?
That’s the right time to start. Trademark monitoring is a smoke alarm — you’re not paying for the fires, you’re paying for the heads-up before there is one. A year of monitoring costs less than an hour of outside counsel once a conflict has a foothold.

What happens if we just leave conflicts alone?
Two things, slowly. Customers start landing on a different product under a name like yours, and your legal position weakens — trademark offices and courts look at how vigilantly you’ve defended your mark when deciding whether to back you up. Doing nothing isn’t free; the cost just shows up later.

Which sources do you scan?
The Apple App Store, Google Play, the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), and the EU Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). More are on the way.

How fast will I know about a match?
We scan every day and bundle the results into your digest. New trademark filings and new app listings show up in the next run after they’re published.

Do I need to be a lawyer to use this?
No. Trademarc is for founders, brand and marketing teams, and in-house counsel responsible for brand protection. When something is worth pursuing, our guide walks through cease-and-desist letters, platform takedowns, and trademark oppositions; for anything serious, hand the file to your outside counsel.

What about false positives?
You can dismiss any match in one click and we’ll keep it out of your way. Tune your keywords any time — short marks default to whole-word matching to cut down the noise.

Can I monitor more than one brand?
Yes. Add as many brands as you need. Each brand keeps its own keywords, matches, and digest section.

Will you help me file a takedown?
We don’t practice law, but we link straight to the takedown forms for each platform and to the USPTO and EUIPO attorney directories when you need outside counsel.
