If you have iOS 10.3 or later, go to Settings, tap Privacy & Security, then select Analytics or Analytics & Improvements. Then tap Share iPhone & Watch Analytics.
If you have iOS 10 to iOS 10.2, go to Settings, tap Privacy, tap Diagnostics & Usage, then select Automatically Send or Don't Send.
