These packages are highly experimental and may work incorrectly or may not work at all. Preferred way to obtain binaries is to build own using Qt SDK with Qt 5.2.0 or later. It can be obtained here: http://qt-project.org/downloads Then you have to follow instructions from INSTALL file. There are no external dependencies yet with exception of Windows where exists runtime dependency on OpenSSL libraries for SSL support. Consult this thread if you will notice any issues related to SSL (usually error page when navigating to websites that use HTTPS): http://stackoverflow.com/questions/4348333/qt-sll-error-on-windows DEB packages were created using Qt5 from SDK, using respectively 64 bit Kubuntu 13.10 for 64 bit version and 32 bit Kubuntu 12.10 for 32 bit version.
