@ankit_anubhav Great question, and one I think about all the time. It’s like, can I see myself doing grunt engineering at 50? Not really. Do I have interest in management and would be doing that by then? Maybe, though I’d still like to remain pretty technical for the foreseeable future. I don’t see myself fully retiring by 50, even if I had the money to do so. Instead, I’d probably set out to do independent research, choice consulting, or try some other sort of boutique tech/infosec startup. I could also see myself spending time doing mentorship, community building or academia/education-related things.
