- Instagram —> Posting travel pics, following gym-fluencers (18%)
- Reddit —> Infosec, Apple, personal finance, other hobbies (10%)
- Slack —> Work, other professional communities (6%)
- iMessage & Google Voice —> Most 1-1 communication (4%)
- Linkedin —> Lurk, Job searching (3%)
- Bluesky —> TBD (3%)
- Discord —> Infosec, gaming (2%)
- Blind —> TC or GTFO’ing (2%)
- Twitter —> Still have my username but don’t really use (1%)
- Nostr —> Barely use (<1%)
- Signal —> Chat with specific people (<1%)
- Matrix —> Barely use (<1%)
My takeaways…
- I main Mastodon
- I need to delete Instagram
- Slack % doesn’t include work so that is skewed…
- Discord is low. I need to game more
- At over a day (24h) of collective screen time, in a week’s span, I need to re-prioritize some things in my life haha.
