Robin Courant

I am a Computer Vision PhD student in the VISTA team (formerly GeoViC) at LIX, École Polytechnique, under the supervision of Vicky Kalogeiton and Marc Christie. Previously, I was a visiting PhD researcher at University College London (UCL), hosted by Iasonas Kokkinos.

My research interests are the generation of camera trajectories and human motion, as well as video models more broadly. My work lies at the intersection of generative models, multimodality and, more recently, reinforcement learning (RL).

I will be defending my PhD on September 17, 2026.
