The WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida, is the training ground for WWE’s next generation of Superstars. The state-of-the-art training facility is designed to develop the most well-rounded athletes on and off screen, providing recruits the opportunity to learn under a world-class coaching team as they work toward their dream of becoming WWE Superstars.

WWE recruits begin their Superstar Journey by relocating to Orlando, Florida, the epicenter of many leading sports and entertainment organizations, to join the WWE Performance Center.
PERFORMANCE
Daily in-ring training, strength and conditioning, character development, and injury prevention and care.
EDUCATION
Advanced educational support, including the opportunity to pursue a college education, learn new languages, life-skills training, professional development and public speaking.
LIVE EVENTS
Attendance and participation, at the discretion of the NXT coaching staff, at NXT TV tapings and the nearly 200 NXT Live Events taking place throughout the world annually.
CULTURE
Talent are expected to uphold the culture of WWE and the WWE Performance Center and conduct themselves professionally, both inside and outside of the ring.
