Why didn't I receive my report?
There could be a few reasons why we can’t generate your audit report.
1) The URL you entered is a redirect.
2) A blocked website by the ISP/country or network of origin of our servers.
3) Too many reports with the same email. There is a limit of 5 submissions per email.
4) A website with critical issues. If we can’t audit your pages, search engines likely can’t either. Create a free Prerender.io account to start addressing these.

How soon will I receive my audit report?
You should receive your report within a few minutes, but it can take longer if there are many requests for reports at once. Expect yours within 5-10 minutes. If you don’t receive it, please contact hello@prerender.io for extra support.
Will my audit report expire?
Nope! You will receive your report as a link. You can download your PDF report from that link as many times as you like.
