Sleepconscious refers to a (sisa)system whose members are conscious or "awake" when fronting and are "asleep" when not in front or while in the headspace.

Members of sleepconscious (sisa)systems may have trouble remembering their headspace, may experience their innerworld as or through dreams, or may not have an accessible headspace at all.

Members may feel switch sleepy when taking front and their awareness may exist along a spectrum of wakefulness, from being fully awake when fronting and deeply asleep when dormant, with observing and co-conscious stages in between. This may overlap with consciousslide or a layered front.
