PDFSight Support

PDFSight is operated by Amidship Inc. We support one guided document workflow through our website and API, hosted ChatKit, ChatGPT, Claude, and compatible MCP Apps hosts. The assistant is the interaction channel; PDFSight owns workflow state, deterministic PDF operations, and temporary artifact delivery.

Platform names describe compatible connection paths, not marketplace approval, endorsement, or universal availability.

Before contacting support

• Confirm the file is a PDF and is not password-protected or corrupted.
• Try uploading the document again if a temporary download has expired.
• Include the approximate time of the problem and the workflow you were using, but do not email sensitive document contents.

Privacy and deletion requests

Uploaded files are temporary. Expiry and lazy deletion behavior are described in our Privacy Policy and trust manifest. To request help with account-linked data, email us with the subject “PDFSight privacy request.” Do not attach the document itself. We may be unable to match an opaque short-lived artifact to a requester after its link or session context is lost.
