Nobody else can tell you if you're punk enough. You must decide whether you want to be punk or not. Go away and think about it and then come back when you're ready.

What kind of punk webring has rules? Fuck that, and fuck you!

Yeah, yeah, you have a point. Look, anyone with an internet connection can read this site, browse the ring, download our materials, link to us, not link to us, etc. But if I'm going to bother adding you to the webring, I'm going to ask you to meet some basic requirements.

If you don't like it, take your ball and go home. Or go set up your own webring with whatever rules you want.
