Emma Foley 9ce0911025 Add FakeSDKImageClient and Image fixtures to test fakes

Add openstack SDK Image fixtures (IMAGE_*) and
FakeSDKImageClient to the shared test fakes module. Wire
the new image client into FakeConnection so tests can use
SDK Image types instead of ad-hoc dict-based fakes.
Replace the ad-hoc dict-based IMAGE_LIST in test_glance.py
with the shared SDK Image fixtures from fakes.py. This
removes ~60 lines of inline test data and makes the glance
pollster tests use the same Image objects as the rest of
the test suite.
