I found all the Tintin comics on the internet archive and downloaded them. Unfortunately they arrived in pdf format, which is fine, but for whatever reason is pretty slow on my ereader. Cbz files don’t have this issue. Luckily, it’s easy to grab all the images. Fingers crossed they have reasonable file names, which they probably do because there’s a ninety percent chance these pdfs are generated from scans or cbzs anyway.
Pdfimages comes as part of poppler utils. The -all flag is needed because without it, the images will be extracted as ppm files.

I’ve had to do a bit of cleanup to some of them in dired, then just zip them up again.
