Getting in touch
Email [email protected]. I read every message myself, so please be patient if I’m slower than a support team would be — I aim to reply within a few working days.
What to include
To help me sort it out quickly, please include:
- The name of the extension you’re using.
- The version (you can find this on the
chrome://extensions/page in Chrome). - The browser and operating system (e.g. Chrome 120 on macOS Sonoma).
- A short description of what happened and what you expected to happen instead.
- A screenshot or short screen recording if the issue is visual.
Bug reports, feature requests, and general feedback all go to the same address — just say at the top of the email which one it is.
Privacy
I don’t share or sell anything you send me. See the privacy page for how this site handles data more broadly. Anything you email to the support address is treated as private correspondence and is governed by the privacy policies of whichever email providers we happen to be using.
