Migrating back to Gemini
This weekend I felt myself coming down with the sickness. No this is not a Disturbed reference, but good taste. Anyway, I decided to take it easy and rest up in the hope that my body will fight it off. It's just an annoying cold that is going around, but it seems pretty bad and I don't want it.
So while sitting around doing not much, I decided to look at moving back to Gemini. Probably just as a mirror of what is on Pureblog for the most part on the http web, but I still wanted something on the less shitty internet. Most of my blog posts are now migrated over and mostly converted to gemtext formatting from markdown.
If you are reading this on there, nice! And if you aren't and want to check it out: gemini://lowkey.party
But my web browser won't open that!
Currently Lagrange is my browser of choice on Android and desktop (you need to add their fdroid repo on Android ). I believe it may be on iOS also now. https://gmi.skyjake.fi/lagrange/
An alternative gui browser is Kristall
https://kristall.random-projects.net
Once you have Kristal installed, I have a gruvbox theme you can import through the settings, if you are like me and dislike the defaults. gruvbox.kthm (right click and save)

...and if you live in the terminal, your distro possibly has amfora or av98 in the repo
