  I build, back, and deploy AI companies, platforms, and ecosystems, from 0→1 to revenue, adoption, governance, and exit.<br><br>Most AI demos impress. Fewer systems reach production, change workflows, earn trust, improve decisions, and create measurable value. That gap is where I work.<br><br>Today I’m Chief AI &amp; Product Officer at Market Holdings, leading AI platform strategy, product, engineering, and GTM across a portfolio of brands. I work with the CEO and board on AI investment, commercialization, governance, and deployment of predictive and generative AI into revenue-critical workflows.<br><br>Before Market Holdings, I founded and led Squark AI, a no-code platform for prediction, forecasting, and decision intelligence. I built the company end-to-end across product, engineering, sales, partnerships, and GTM, leading it through enterprise adoption and acquisition in 2024.<br><br>Squark customers used AI for measurable outcomes, including reported gains such as +20% net revenue and 50% lower cost to acquire. We worked with IBM, DHL, Nielsen, and Mass General Brigham, and partnered with Snowflake, NVIDIA, and McKinsey.<br><br>I’m also an investor and advisor to early-stage companies across AI, data, industrial technology, and digital platforms. I invest where I have operating scar tissue: product, data, AI adoption, enterprise GTM, commercialization, and the middle between promising technology and durable business value.<br><br>Through SmartCurrent, my independent advisory practice founded in 2012, I advise CEOs, boards, investors, founders, and executive teams on applied AI, analytics, data strategy, digital transformation, governance, and investment decisions.<br><br>I also founded Boston AI Week and the Boston Generative AI Meetup, connecting the Massachusetts AI ecosystem across enterprises, startups, universities, investors, government, workforce organizations, technologists, and the public. AI adoption is not only a technology shift; it is a business, investment, workforce, governance, and community challenge.<br><br>Earlier, I built and led analytics organizations at scale, supporting 60M+ users and 300K+ customers, managing multimillion-dollar budgets, and contributing to M&amp;A.<br><br>Author of multiple books on analytics, ecommerce, and AI with Pearson / FT Press.<br><br>My work sits at the intersection of AI deployment, product strategy, investment, commercialization, governance, and ecosystem building.<br><br>I enjoy conversations with operators, founders, investors, boards, and executives working on AI where real decisions, real money, and real outcomes are on the line.
