Tonights Dinner - Best Yet
Tonights Dinner was the best yet! I made a delicious saute out of zucchini, shallots, and olives. With dill, lemon zest, lemon juice, and chicken broth. Spooned on top of fresh grilled fish cooked in delicious real butter. Nothing beats it, I don’t care if my arteries get clogged.
On the side - PERFECT creamy delicious mashed potatoes. Tried a new recipe and it really paid off big. My potatoes usually turn out either too watery or too thick. These melt in your mouth with every bite.
I have been waiting all week to make this meal, and it has definitely turned out to be the best one yet. :)
