I remember getting this one on DVD almost 20 years ago for free when I begged my mom to order the "Pizza Hut Movie Deal." I watched the shit out of it then and I continue to watch the shit out of it from time to time now. Just a massive guilty pleasure that absolutely kills me. Terry Kiser delivers a drop-dead hilarious physical performance in this, what pure commitment! Andrew McCarthy and Jonathan Silverman make a fun and likeable pairing here as well with their good chemistry. This type of wild high-concept comedy could only be produced back then. Pure 80s cinematic excellence right here. Remake with Robert Downey Jr. as Bernie when?
